A full assessment of your personal history including, but not limited to, previous training, injuries, medical history, and your overall goals. With that information, we create a plan for you with any modifications that may be necessary to best optimize your journey.
As soon as you fill out the inquiry form, a trainer will reach out to you within 24 hours to give you a formal introduction and schedule a call for your assessment.
Our experience both in the gym and from practical use make us unique. Most trainers obtain a textbook certification and call it a day. We take continuing education classes in person and work hands on with doctors and medical professionals as needed. Additionally, there is no cookie cutter program with us! We use your history to create a fully custom program for you using proper biomechanics.

We utilize Raw Fitness in Lodi, NJ. It is a private facility that gives you a studio feel and also allows you to come in, workout, and get on with your day.
Yes! If you do not live in the Greater Bergen County, NJ area, we offer online services to help meet your fitness goals.
Although you can go to a traditional gym, we strive for a custom private experience. We value your time and aren’t here to waste it. When we say private, we mean it. You will have full access to the lifting area with little to no wait time for equipment and tons of options to fit into your program. We make your program work for YOU, rather than having to work around a program.
